Hi! I am so glad you are here!
I am a theater artist based in Manhattan. I focus in directing, stage and event management, and recently have been gaining some footing as a producer. I work as a freelance artist, and I primarily work with new and developing works. I strive to tell stories that lead with joy and/or push forward voices that are often not heard. I believe that the greatest joy in life is listening and experiencing with one another. Everyday I am reminded by the fantastic people I meet in this field how incredibly blessed we are to listen, love, and grow together.
Growing up queer in the deep south of Mississippi I found a true refuge in theater and art. I learned by immersion and following my parents around The Dixon Theater – my little small town safe haven. From a young age I was obsessed with trying everything in theater from acting, costume and makeup design, set and props, and then finally finding my true love of directing. I directed my first play at 15 years old, and have loved delving deeper into the technical aspects of theater ever since!
Some recent works include: Co- Director of He Kindly Stopped For Me by Spencer Giles, Tech Lead for the Chain One Act Festival, Stage Manager for Fear & Wonder by Jason Tseng, Costume Designer for Stalin The Musical by Austin Olsen, Director for My Best Friend’s Fish by Kiley Gaddis, Sound Designer for The Atlantic Acting School’s productions of A Dolls House and The House Of Bernarda Alba, Director of Left Behind by Kiley Gaddis, Assistant Stage Manager for Applause Dance Company, and Showcase Producer and Event Manager for STEM From Dance’s 2024-2026 showcases.
